We are looking for an open minded, highly motivated Customer Success Manager to reinforce the sales team with a permanent contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing global business leadership and management of the most important customer on Financial Services Sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to build and maintain key relationships on existing projects, develop and manage new opportunities, monitor and engage virtual resources globally around expert.ai.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- team with the customer’s Organization to build strategic relationships across the account
- articulate a clear vision and generate enthusiasm, while impacting all business groups

- Develop formal case studies and other forms of references highlighting activity
Who you are:
- BA or BS graduated in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional with 10+ years of experience working at an IT Technology or services company, as the lead account and relationship manager of a large global organization
- Minimum of 5 years working with or supporting financial services companies
- Experience as the primary account manager of a global software enterprise or a service company
- Experienced in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations

You can be based in one of our Italian offices (Milano, Modena or Rovereto), and you will report to the PM Manager while working with other resources that are geographically distributed.

- Manage and overview project teams while monitoring and controlling projects constraints (scope, time, cost)

Who you are:
- Graduated in Computer Science with a technical background

- Skilled in organization and Project Management (PMP®, PSM®, Prince 2® certifications will be considered a plus)

We are looking for a for an open minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the I&C Delivery and Operations team with a permanent contract.
Work from home and flexibility can be evaluated according to the candidate experience, but only candidates based in Rome will be taken into consideration.
You could be travelling up to 20% of your time to our customer sites.
What you will do:
As a Delivery & Operations Specialist, you will:
- Plan, design and develop cloud deployment environments.
- Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.

What you have:

Who you are
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, debugging and maintaining large-scale, high-throughput domain and event driven microservices based systems
- A progressive industry experience in building enterprise class SaaS platforms and applications is considered a plus
- Strong conceptual and hands-on practical understanding of distributed computing, streaming systems, relational databases, and NoSQL database systems
- Hands-on experience in enterprise backend stack such as Java, SpringBoot/Micronaut, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Redis, Elasticsearch, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience building services that involve multi-model services and multi-protocol integration making use of REST, gRPC, Avro/Protobuf, Parquet/Arrow
