Lavazza, founded in Turin in 1895, has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations. As one of the world’s most important coffee roasters, the Group reported in 2020 revenues of EUR 2.085 billion and now operates in more than 140 countries through its subsidiaries and distributors, with 70% of revenues generated abroad and a total of over 4,000 employees. Companies that form part of the Lavazza Group include France’s Carte Noire and ESP (acquired in 2016 and 2017 respectively), Denmark’s Merrild (2015), North America’s Kicking Horse Coffee (2017), Italy’s Nims (2017), and the business of Australia’s Blue Pod Coffee Co. (2018). At the end of 2018, following an acquisition, the Lavazza Professional Business Unit was created, which includes the Office Coffee Service (OCS) and Vending systems Flavia and Klix.
Lavazza, one of the world’s 100 most reputable brands according to the Reputation Institute, created the concept of blending — or in other words the art of combining different types of coffee from different geographic areas — and this continues to be a distinctive feature of most of its products. Lavazza operates in all business segments: at home, away-from-home and office coffee service, always with a focus on innovation in consumption technologies and systems.
Lavazza has been able to develop its brand awareness through important partnerships perfectly in tune with its brand internationalization strategy, such as those in the world of sport with the major tennis tournaments, and those in the fields of art and culture with prestigious museums like New York’s Guggenheim Museum, St. Petersburg’s Hermitage State Museum.

In Store Account

Lavazza, fondata a Torino nel 1895, è un’azienda italiana produttrice di caffè di proprietà dell’omonima famiglia da quattro generazioni. Fra i principali torrefattori mondiali, il Gruppo è oggi presente in oltre 90 Paesi attraverso consociate e distributori. Lavazza impiega complessivamente più di 4 mila persone, con un fatturato di più di 2 miliardi di euro nel 2020.

Per il canale Retail siamo sempre alla ricerca di candidati da inserire all’interno della nostra forza vendita. L’In Store account ha l’importante compito di essere il punto di contatto tra la strategia aziendale ed il consumatore finale.
Alla/al candidato/a è assegnata una listata di 60/70 punti vendita della GDO/GDS, gestisce il presidio del punto vendita e si occupa di:

• Effettuare rilevazioni periodiche (prezzi, assortimento, ecc)
• Relazionarsi con i responsabili del punto vendita e del reparto caffè
• Proporre progetti di miglioramento dei display, al fine di migliorare la visibilità a scaffale dei nostri prodotti
• Verificare la corretta e completa presenza sugli scaffali dei prodotti in assortimento
• Effettuare pre visite per garantire la corretta quantità di caffè presente sul lineare e in extra display durante le promozioni
• Allestire zone promozionali, con utilizzo di materiale POP Lavazza e/o del distributore, ed attivare
extra display anche fuori dai momenti promozionali
• Segnalare attività importanti e/o interessanti presenti sul punto vendita, organizzate da concorrenti o da altre aziende di produzione
• Raccogliere dati di sell out dei nostri prodotti e della concorrenza

Requisiti richiesti:
• Preferibile laurea magistrale in economia o discipline affini
• Disponibilità alla mobilità su tutto il territorio nazionale
• Patente B
• Nice to have: 1/2 anni di esperienza professionale come In Store account o ruoli analoghi
• Ottime doti comunicative per relazionarsi in modo empatico con i propri interlocutori.
