KEY TASKS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
- Agreement on test scope and test parameters of SW tests with project management electronics
- Creation of test specifications for SW testing
- Programming and operation of (automated) SW test systems
- Execution and documentation of internal software tests
- Investigation of failures and assistance in troubleshooting
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE PROFESSIONALLY
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Understanding of SW development according to Automotive SPICE
- Good system understanding of mechatronic systems – especially in terms of operating systems
- Good understanding of model-based SW development
- Knowledge of the programming language C / C ++
- Knowledge of automated (SW) test system “Tessy”
- Reasonable understanding of assembler programming
- Knowledge in the field of AUTOSAR would be an advantage
- Preferably experience in software testing of embedded systems in the automotive industry
OTHERS
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools

Software Design Engineer Electronics
KEY TASKS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
- Development of software functions for mechatronic systems in programming language “C”
- Development of the basic software consisting, among other things, of real-time operating system, memory management, LIN or CAN communication
- Development of control and commutation algorithms for electric motors
- Verification of the software functions and commissioning of the mechatronic products
- Development of the software according to ASPICE V-Model
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE PROFESSIONALLY
- Degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science or comparable
- Very good knowledge of C programming language and MISRA C
- Very good knowledge of hardware-related programming and microcontrollers
- Good knowledge of the modeling languages SysML and UML
- Knowledge of Eclipse, Enterprise Architect, Subversion, Jira
- Experience in the area of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, XCP, UDS, J1939) is a plus
- Experience and process knowledge in ASPICE is a plus
- Experience in the control of power electronics and BLDC motors is a plus
- Knowledge in the field of AUTOSAR would be an advantage
- Preferably experience in software design of embedded systems in the automotive industry

Hardware Design Engineer Electronics
KEY TASKS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
- Development of electronic circuits for mechatronic systems under consideration of corresponding product requirements
- Analysis of electronics-hardware requirements
- Creation of electronics-hardware architecture
- Development of electronics-hardware design:
calculations, simulations, definition of electronic components and creation of schematic - Creation Printed Circuit Board (PCB’s) layouts in collaboration with PCB layout designers;
compliant to EMC requirements - Presentation/communication of development results to internal and external customers
- Execution of electronics-hardware testing
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE PROFESSIONALLY
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable
- Very good knowledge of electronics-hardware development (analog and digital) with power-electronic and microcontroller content
- Very good knowledge of circuit simulation (e.g. PSPICE) and circuit calculations
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Subversion, Jira, PSPICE, Altium
- Experience in electronics-measurement engineering
- Preferably experience in electronics design for BLDC motor control
- Preferable knowledge of Automotive-Spice and ISO26262 standards
