As a DevOps Engineer, you will join the data engineering team and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the data platform

Specifically, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Implement proficient cloud-based architectures, specifically on GCP platform, basing on the best practices and methodologies like IaC
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiently monitor service quality, security and costs on the cloud

As a Visualisation Data Engineer you’ll be joining the data visualisation team in designing and delivery of reporting solutions of excellent quality leveraging data from our new cloud platform while meeting business expectations.

La figura ricercata opererà nella struttura Software Center BB & Transformation CRM Adoption all’interno della divisione Customer Systems che si occupa sviluppo e gestione applicativa dei processi di CRM per clienti consumer (funnel di vendita, upsell e assistenza) basati su piattaforma Salesforce e i relativi processi di order management basati su piattaforma TIBCO.  

Nello specifico la struttura di appartenenza assicura la fattibilità, la progettazione, lo sviluppo, il system testing, la manutenzione e gestione applicativa e infrastrutturale delle soluzioni informatiche allineate alla customer journey richieste dalle linee di Business nonché il deployment in produzione e supporto agli End Users. 

Le principali attività della posizione si declinano in: 

• Gestione progetti di Trasformation e di evoluzione in base alle richieste di business nell’ambito CRM SKY WIFI con particolare focus sui processi di vendita/change order, oltre che sui processi di assistenza e fullfillment legati all’ order management. La figura richiesta dovrà lavorare su progetti strategici per l’azienda e fortemente integrati con il core business:
• Coordinamento della sw factory e dei System Integrator
• Forte interazione con gli stakeholder aziendali, in particolare business, con cui dovrà interagire per il disegno delle soluzioni
• Individuazione gli interventi necessari per soddisfare i requisiti e valutazione dell’effort di Solutions & Delivery
• Supporto alla raccolta requisiti e alla stesura documenti di HLD\LLD con verifica e validazione riguardante le analisi funzionali e tecniche in termini di completezza e conformità dei requisiti
• Coordinamento delle attività di disegno architetturale e soluzioni impattanti il CRM Salesforce e la piattaforma di order manager TIBCO interfacciandosi con le funzioni di IT Architetture, altre funzioni IT, Vendor e System Integrators
• Supporto al Business Partner di riferimento nella pianificazione dei rilasci e alle linee di Business per le attività di analisi di fattibilità e disegno delle soluzioni
